Yes. All our technicians hold a current A Grade Electrical Licence and Voltra Electrical is a Registered Electrical Contractor (REC: 37324) and carries comprehensive public liability insurance. All work is performed to Australian Standards AS/NZS 3000 and complies with Victorian electrical safety regulations.

Yes. We offer same-day response for urgent electrical faults including switchboard tripping, power outages, and safety hazards. For genuine emergencies we aim to be on-site as quickly as possible — 24/7.

Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM. We also operate after hours and on weekends for emergency electrical situations — including switchboard faults, power outages, and urgent safety hazards. Whether you need a licensed Melbourne electrician during business hours or an emergency electrician after hours, Voltra Electrical is available when you need us most.

Absolutely. We install and test RCD safety switches, hardwired smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors to ensure your home meets current Victorian safety standards. Landlords — we can also provide compliance certificates.

Voltra Electrical is not currently registered for GST, so there is no GST added to your invoice. The price you are quoted is the price you pay — no hidden charges or surprises.
