Daniel Pitaroski trades as Voltra Electrical (ABN 35 905 408 025; REC 37324), Melbourne, Victoria. A contract forms when you accept our written quote. We provide residential and light commercial electrical services under AS/NZS 3000 and Victorian electrical safety law.
Written quotes are fixed for the described scope and valid for 30 days. No GST is charged. Payment is due on completion unless 7-day terms are agreed in writing. A deposit of up to 10% may be requested only for non-returnable job-specific materials.
We give written notice and seek approval before additional work, except minimum work required to make an immediate danger safe. Customers must provide safe access and disclose hazards. A wasted attendance may attract a $150 fee only in the circumstances stated in these Terms.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees cannot be excluded. We do not offer a separate written workmanship warranty. Certificates cover our own work only; manufacturer warranties apply to supplied goods. Contact Voltra first about a complaint.
