The position needs assessment. Wall construction, cable access, existing circuits and the location's requirements determine what is practical. We explain alternatives if the preferred spot is unsuitable.
Can you replace my old light switches?
Yes. We replace old switches with a modern range and can match your power points. Dimmers and smart switches are checked against your lights and wiring before fitting. Photos of the current plates help.
Can you put a power point behind my wall-mounted TV?
Yes. We fit a power point at the TV position and plan a neat path for the cables, depending on the wall construction. A data point can be added at the same time.
Do you install USB charging outlets?
Yes. We discuss suitable USB-A or USB-C options and the product's charging specifications. Device and cable compatibility matter, so tell us what you want to charge.
Will the new wiring be hidden?
We aim for a neat result, but concealed routing depends on access and construction. Any conduit, wall openings, patching or painting responsibilities are agreed before work starts.
Can you add outdoor powerpoints?
We can assess outdoor outlet positions and select fittings suited to the exposure and intended use. Tell us what will be connected and where the outlet is needed.
Does an extra outlet allow more appliances on the circuit?
Not automatically. The circuit still has a limited capacity. We consider the expected load and whether a different circuit arrangement is required.
Can a normal switch be changed to a dimmer?
It depends on the lights, driver, wiring and selected dimmer. We check compatibility and discuss what would need changing before installation.
What helps you quote the work?
The suburb, number of locations, room names and photos of the proposed positions are useful. There is no need to remove faceplates or inspect the wiring yourself.
